The questions I get most.

What if I want to stop working with you?
No problem. Everything I build for you is owned by you. Your setup, accounts, & data runs on your dedicated system. There's no platform to leave because there's no platform — it's just your accounts, configured the way they need to be.
How is this different from a CRM platform?
CRM's in the traditional sense are platforms with templates you rent via a monthly subscription. This is custom-built for your specific business and you own it outright. You're paying for a build, not a subscription.
What if I need a change or update?
If you're on the optional retainer, I can usually handle it same day if a small tweak or within the week if it's a little bigger. If you're not, I bill hourly for updates.
Do I have to give you my passwords?
No. You set up your accounts in your name.
How long does the build take?
2–3 weeks from our first call to launch, depending on how many integrations you need.
